Echolist App – Terms of Use

Welcome to Echolist! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Echolist mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by PocketMe Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Echolist offers both free and premium features, including auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

3. User Content

• You are responsible for any content you add to the App (e.g., lists, notes).
• You agree not to upload or share any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content (excluding user content) are owned by PocketMe Apps and are protected by copyright and other laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

5. Privacy

• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, PocketMe Apps disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
